She is also a speaker, co-creator of Magazyn Rzęsy, and founder of a one-year eyelash styling school. In her work, she focuses on a practical approach, high-quality training, and sharing knowledge in a way that genuinely supports the professional development of participants.

Justyna Syngajewska is the owner of the Nordic Lashes brand, a stylist, trainer, and instructor in eyelash and eyebrow styling. She has been active in the beauty industry for nearly 8 years, developing her experience as a stylist, trainer, and cosmetologist. She has completed over 80 training courses and, in recent years, has trained more than 200 students. She specializes in eyelash styling, eyebrow styling, lash and brow lamination, brow thickening, and working with the UV system. In her work, she combines precision, a practical approach, and a passion for educating future stylists.

Dominika Jurek is the founder of You Glow Girl and co-founder of the LashesBrows & YOU project. She has been active in the beauty industry for many years as an eyelash and eyebrow stylist and trainer. She conducts both in-person and online training courses, sharing practical knowledge, professional experience, and her own approach to eyelash and eyebrow styling. In her work, she combines a passion for the beauty industry with a strong commitment to supporting the development of future stylists. 

Kamil Sazon is an instructor and trainer associated with the beauty industry, specializing in legal aspects for stylists and salon owners. He conducts training sessions focused on practical legal issues in the beauty sector, helping professionals understand how to protect their business, avoid risks, and manage their work more consciously. During his presentation, he will discuss customer claims and ways to protect a salon from financial losses.

Agnieszka Mencel is a lash and brow stylist and trainer based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, where she runs her own salon. She specializes in various eyelash extension techniques, lash lifting, brow lamination, and brow styling with powder henna. For several years, she has been developing her work in the beauty industry, combining client services with professional training for those who want to start or grow their career in lash and brow styling.

Dominik Fryt is the founder of GRAPHIC LINE, a company operating in the field of marketing, graphic design, and visual communication support for businesses. Through GRAPHIC LINE, he helps companies build consistent marketing strategies and carry out graphic design projects, providing access to specialists without the need to create an in-house marketing department. Anna Majewska-Olejnik is a beauty trainer and specialist associated with Thuya Polska as a Nails Expert instructor. She has been developing her career in the beauty industry since 2015 and runs her own salon in Pruszków, near Warsaw. She specializes in nail styling as well as lash and brow care services. In her work, she combines hands-on professional experience with training activities, sharing her knowledge with people developing their skills in the beauty industry.

Edyta Szczęsna-Zakrocka is the CEO of Szkoła Liderek, as well as a trainer and mentor supporting women in their personal and professional development. She graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Journalism, and is also an alumna of the 11th edition of Szkoła Liderek. She began her professional career in logistics and FMCG corporations, and today she focuses on training and mentoring activities, helping women consciously build their path, strengthen their skills, and achieve their goals in life and business.

Magdalena Zapała is a nail stylist and Thuya Nails Expert instructor from the Małopolskie region in Poland. She has been developing her passion for nail styling for many years, taking part in numerous training courses and gaining both practical and theoretical knowledge. As an instructor, she shares her experience with students, focusing on creativity, precision, and helping future nail stylists discover their own artistic approach.

Justyna Wypych, known as JustNailCat, is a certified international nail styling instructor with over 13 years of experience. She specializes in advanced nail extension techniques, nail art, and structural nail decorations. She runs her own training center and nail salon in Kielce, Poland, and also offers online training. She is a multiple award-winning nail artist, having placed on the podium at industry championships such as Nails Olympic International and Nail Show Poland.

Klaudia Szczepańska is an independent instructor and trainer in the beauty industry with 7 years of experience. She specializes in the practical aspects of running beauty salons safely, supporting salon owners in preparing for inspections and organizing formal and operational matters. In her work, she focuses on sharing practical knowledge that helps beauty professionals run their businesses consciously, in compliance with regulations, and with greater confidence.

Adam Wyszyński is Mister Polski 2025 and represented Poland at Mister Supranational 2025, where he reached the TOP 20 finalists. He is a digital creator who develops his personal brand through social media, building an engaged community around authenticity, image, and communication. In his work, he shows how to use social media consciously, create high-reaching content, and combine AI tools with a genuine human presence online. During his presentation, he will explain why authenticity has become one of the strongest currencies in beauty brand communication today.

Eryk Grala is associated with Beauty Engine, a platform and industry medium dedicated to cosmetologists and beauty salon owners. Through Beauty Engine, he supports communication, development, and promotion of solutions for beauty professionals. His work focuses on a modern approach to building salon visibility, industry education, and using tools that support the growth of beauty businesses.

Igor Romaniuk is a performance marketing expert associated with Beauty Engine. He gained experience at Facebook/Meta, where he worked with advertising campaigns and managed over 150 ad accounts. He specializes in practical marketing for the beauty industry, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and creating effective promotional strategies for beauty salons. In his work, he focuses on solutions that help beauty brands increase visibility, attract clients, and develop their advertising activities more consciously.

Beata Potomska is a makeup artist, educator, and founder of BP Beauty Pro — a brand of professional makeup brushes and beauty accessories. For years, she has worked with individual clients and beauty industry professionals, combining hands-on experience with her own methods of working with skin and makeup finishing. She specializes in soft glam and bridal makeup, focusing on durability, lightness, and a natural “second skin” effect. Through BP Beauty Pro, she is also developing an educational space offering online training, masterclasses, and mentoring programs.

Viktor Balabanov is a Management Board Member at ProBiomarket Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Warsaw and operating in the field of retail and online sales. In his role, he is involved in the company’s development and operations, supporting its business and organizational activities.
